This is a permanent Site Manager role overseeing a high-volume planned maintenance programme, delivering kitchen and bathroom replacements in occupied social housing properties. The successful Site Manager will manage subcontractors, control programme delivery, and ensure all works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard.
