We are seeking an experienced Site Manager or Project Manager to oversee groundworks and civils contracts across the North West, starting with a large-scale scheme in Wigan.

This is a long-term opportunity for a capable individual looking for stability and progression, with a strong pipeline of work secured in the region.

Role & Responsibilities:

Overall management of groundworks and civils projects from start to completion

Managing site teams, subcontractors, and supervisors

*

Planning and programming works to meet deadlines and budgets

*

Ensuring works are delivered to specification and quality standards

*

Maintaining high levels of health & safety and site compliance

*

Liaising with clients, engineers, and senior management

*

Managing materials, plant, and labour resources

*

Reporting progress, costs, and programme updates

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager or Project Manager within groundworks and civils

Strong technical knowledge of:
