Site Manager\n Location: Nottingham\n Start Date: ASAP\n Duration: Ongoing\n Rate: £28.54 per hour\n\nSite Manager - Roof Repairs - Social Housing\n\nI'm working with a large, well-established contractor delivering social housing refurbishment works. The contractor operates across a range of sectors including new build housing, social housing refurbishments, and commercial projects.\n\nThey are seeking a Site Manager to oversee roofing repair works across occupied social housing properties in Nottingham.\n\nThe Role:\n\nDay-to-day management of roofing repair and refurbishment works\n\nCoordinating subcontractors and roofing teams on site\n\nSupervising works within occupied residential properties\n\nEnsuring works are carried out safely and in line with programme\n\nMonitoring quality of workmanship and signing off completed works\n\nLiaising with , client representatives, and internal teams\n\nMaintaining site paperwork including daily diaries, H&S records, and progress updates\n\nKey Requirements:\n\nPrevious experience managing roofing works within social housing contracts\n\nExperience working within occupied properties\n\nStrong understanding of health & safety requirements\n\nGood communication and organisational skills\n\nCSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid (essential)
