Site Manager - Super Prime Fit Out

EA Associates is working on behalf of a respected super prime residential contractor to recruit a Site Manager for a high-specification penthouse fit-out in Knightsbridge.
This is a permanent role, overseeing the day-to-day management of a technically demanding project with a strong focus on detailed joinery and complex MEP packages.
Responsibilities:

Manage all site activities and coordinate subcontractors
*
Ensure work is carried out to a high standard, on time and within budget
*
Monitor health and safety compliance across the site
*
Work closely with the internal team and client representatives
*
Maintain progress reporting and quality control throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
*
Proven experience delivering high-end residential fit-outs, ideally within central London
*
Strong understanding of MEP systems and bespoke joinery installations
*
Stable employment history within reputable contractors
*
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications are essential
*
Good communication and site coordination skills
Package:
*
Salary of £60,000 - £65,000, depending on experience
*
Permanent role with long-term project pipeline
*
