Site Manager

to join the business on a permanent basis, overseeing the delivery of new-build and refurbishment projects valued between £750k and £3m. You will be responsible for managing sites from start through to completion, ensuring programmes, quality, safety and client expectations are met at all times. Site Manager Key Responsibilities:

Full day-to-day management of live construction sites

Deliver projects safely, on time and to a high standard of finish

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and consultants

Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures

Monitor programme, quality and site logistics

Maintain clear communication with the Project Manager and senior team

Represent the business professionally with clients and stakeholders

Site Manager Criteria: Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential construction

Background in high-end new build housing and refurbishment

Comfortable managing projects in the £750k£3m value range

Strong leadership and organisational skills

Attention to detail and commitment to quality

SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid essential
