About the Role:
ITS Construction is recruiting on behalf of a respected main contractor who is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a £2 million school refurbishment project in Cranleigh. This is a live education environment, so strong leadership, communication, and a track record in managing similar schemes safely and efficiently is essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day site management, ensuring programme, quality, and health & safety standards are met
*
Liaising with the client, subcontractors, and internal teams
*
Managing site logistics, deliveries, and materials
*
Coordinating trades and ensuring works progress to schedule
*
Maintaining accurate site records and reporting to the project manager
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment projects, ideally within the education sector
*
SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certificates
*
Strong organisational and communication skills
*
Ability to work in a live environment and adhere to safeguarding policies
*
Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
