Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a leading Tier 1 contractor delivering critical water infrastructure projects under the Anglian Water AMP8 framework. This role suits a driven and safety-focused professional with a solid background in the water or utilities sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required standards.

Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety regulations, company procedures, and environmental policies.

Maintain accurate site documentation, including RAMS, permits, and daily records.

Liaise effectively with clients, engineers, and the wider project management team.

Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager in the water/utilities sector, ideally on AMP frameworks.

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) - Essential

Strong knowledge and commitment to Health & Safety best practices.

Valid CSCS card - Preferred

First Aid at Work - Desirable

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
