Site Manager Plymouth Due to continued growth, an established and highly respected multi-sector construction business is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead an upcoming project in Plymouth. Operating across a wide range of sectors including healthcare, education, industrial and commercial, this organisation delivers both commercial new build and refurbishment projects throughout the South West, with a strong pipeline of secured work.
The Role The successful candidate will take full responsibility for delivering a new £5m project. The scheme centres around significant external envelope upgrades to a unit, followed by additional enhancement works during later phases. This is a design and build contract, requiring strong technical knowledge, proactive problem-solving, and excellent coordination of the supply chain. The role will involve daily interaction with the client, as the works are being delivered on a live client site, so a professional and customer-focused approach is essential. The position will involve close collaboration with both operational teams and supply chain partners to ensure successful project delivery.
