Site Manager – Redhill, Surrey – Shell & Core + steel frame extension to existing Hospital - 12 month project with more work to follow - March start date - PERM role

Our client are a leading commercial contractor with sites in and around London & Surrey, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to manage a Project in Redhill and join their team on a perm basis.

Tasks/ Responsibilities:

Ordering of Labour

*

Ordering of Materials

*

Identify and resolve any issues with the project

*

To be a point of contact for our client.

Skills/ Qualifications required:

*

SMSTS & CSCS Card

*

MUST have previous hospital/steel frame experience

*

Driving License (preferred not essential)

*

Strong work ethic

*

First Aid Certificate
