Site Manager – Kettering

Location: Kettering
Shift: Monday to Saturday – Days (48 hours per week)
Rate: £400–£440
Contract: LTD (Outside IR35)

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to support a major new Amazon Distribution Centre project in Kettering. This role focuses on the installation of a conveyor cross-belt sorter system, working as part of an international project team and coordinating closely with the main project contractor.

You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day site activity, coordinating multiple installation suppliers, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and delivery on site.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate multiple installation suppliers on site
Take full ownership of EHS compliance and site safety standards
Act as the main point of contact for the client and stakeholders
Lead daily activity briefings, safety briefings, and site meetings
Drive site progress and resolve issues quickly and decisively
Monitor and report project progress using MS Office and MS Project
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager on construction, engineering, or installation projects
Previous Site Manager experience on Amazon projects (essential)
Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and safe systems of work
Confident communicator, able to engage at all levels
