Freelance Site Manager – New Build Retail Supermarket Wimborne Minster We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a new build retail supermarket project in Wimborne Minster. This is a freelance role suited to a hands-on Site Manager with strong experience in retail or commercial new builds, capable of managing site operations from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: * Day-to-day management of the construction site * Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers * Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification * Maintaining high standards of health & safety and site compliance * Liaising with the project team, client, and consultants * Managing site documentation, RAMS, and progress reporting Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Manager on retail or commercial new build projects * Valid SMSTS, Managers CSCS (Black), and First Aid certifications * Strong leadership and organisational skills * Ability to manage programme, quality, and H&S effectively * Freelance / self-employed status Location: Canford Bottom Duration: Project-based Rate: Negotiable (dependent on experience) If you’re an experienced Site Manager available for a new build retail project, we’d like to hear from you...
