About the Role:
We are working in partnership with a well-established contractor specialising in social housing refurbishment and maintenance projects. As a Site Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of planned maintenance and refurbishment schemes across occupied housing stock in Greater Manchester and surrounding regions (Northwest)

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all on-site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to budget Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers Maintain excellent relationships with tenants and client representatives Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager on social housing projects (planned maintenance or refurbishment) SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS qualifications essential Excellent organisational and communication skills Computer literate Ability to manage multiple trades on occupied and void properties Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across sites What's on Offer:
