Site Manager - Large Commercial to Residential Project, Slough\n We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a significant commercial-to-residential development in Slough, scheduled for completion in April.\n\n Key Responsibilities:\n \nLead all on-site activities and ensure project delivery to the client's standards. \nManage contractors and hold them accountable for quality and deadlines. \nMaintain strict compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:\n \nCIS or LTD status. \nValid SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certifications. \nProven experience managing large-scale commercial or residential projects.
