This is an excellent opportunity for a Site manager who is looking for a long term job building a residential project for a contractor with a good pipeline of work in and around London. The project is a £40million residential scheme in North London which has just started so we are looking for a site manager to see the project from start to finish. The ideal Site Manager Site Manager will ideally have experience working for a main contractor and have built a residential project in London. This Site manager will have seen a project from groundwork's through to the RC frame and fit out. This site manager will be excellent with Health and safety on site, managing sub-contractors, working to a programme and ensuring projects is on programme and budget. The ideal site manager will have 3-5 years experience working on Site and have delivered a similar sized project.
