Job Title: Site Manager – New Build Modular Project\n\nLocation:South East London\nSalary: £42,000+ (depending on experience)\nStart Date: ASAP\n\nWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a new build modular construction project. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and deliver a modern, efficient build.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Managing day-to-day site operations to ensure the project runs smoothly and on schedule.\n\n * \n\n Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site staff.\n\n * \n\n Maintaining health & safety standards at all times.\n\n * \n\n Monitoring quality of workmanship and ensuring compliance with project specifications.\n\n * \n\n Reporting progress to senior management and resolving issues on site promptly.\n\nRequirements:\nProven experience as a Site Manager on new build projects (modular experience is a plus).\nStrong leadership and communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple trades and ensure deadlines are met.\nSMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification desirable.\n\nOffer:\nCompetitive salary starting from £42,000 (negotiable depending on experience).\nImmediate start available.\nOpportunity to work on an innovative modular build with future project potential.\n\nHow to Apply:\nIf you’re interested and available to start as soon as possible, please get in contact with Aimee at DK Recruitment
