Roofing Site Manager - St Helens - Temporary ContractWe are seeking an experienced Roofing Site Manager to support multiple social‑housing re‑roofing projects across the St Helens area. This role involves overseeing the renewal and refurbishment of roofs and roofline on residential properties, ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.You’ll take responsibility for site operations, subcontractor management, Health & Safety compliance, and client communication. Experience delivering re‑roofing contracts is highly desirable.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging and coordinating all site teamsOverseeing programme delivery, including material orders, skips, and logisticsCompleting weekly labour, progress, and KPI reportsEnforcing and monitoring Health & Safety procedures and CDM regulationsCarrying out daily quality and safety inspections (including working on ladders and scaffolding)Resolving day‑to‑day site issues and challengesLiaising with clients and providing regular progress updatesUsing project management systems such as Teams, IPlanned, and NorthgateWorking outdoors in all weather conditions, either on site or in a site officeEssential Qualifications & ExperienceStrong roofing knowledge and hands‑on experienceSMSTS (renewal can be arranged if expired)CISRS Scaffold Inspection (renewal can be arranged if expired)First Aid at Work (renewal can be arranged if expired)Desirable QualificationsAsbestos AwarenessWorking at HeightsManual Handling (Refresher training can be provided)Applicant RequirementsFull UK Driving LicenceConfident working at heightsManual handling experienceHonest, reliable, and punctual with excellent time‑management skillsAbility to prioritise workload and work proactively with minimal supervisionResponsible and careful with company assets and vehicles #J-18808-Ljbffr
