What You'll Be Doing: Overseeing day-to-day site operations on civil engineering and infrastructure projects Managing subcontractors, plant and materials to ensure productivity and health & safety compliance Ensuring works are delivered to programme, budget and high quality standards Reporting to the Project Manager and liaising with the client and stakeholders on progress and technical matters Leading toolbox talks and ensuring compliance with method statements and RAMS Driving a strong safety-first culture on-site Supporting junior team members and helping foster a collaborative site environment Experience & Background: Proven experience as a Site Manager on civils, infrastructure (substations, renewables, utilities, groundworks, drainage, or roads) SMSTS, CSCS (black or gold) and First Aid at Work essential Strong understanding of temporary works, permits to dig, and CDM regulations Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with engineers, commercial staff and clients What's in It for You?
