Due to continued growth and long-term secured work, they are now looking to appoint a Site Manager to join their team. The Role: Youll be responsible for overseeing retrofit projects from start to finish across various sites in the Northwest, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and budget, and to a high standard of quality. Youll manage subcontractors, maintain excellent communication with tenants and clients, and ensure compliance with PAS 2035 and other relevant standards.
