Site Manager Site Manager opportunity on a college based in Oxford. This project will need someone to be responsible for the internals and externals. The project worth is £50 million circa. This is a Tier 1 contractor who will require you to oversee that the project is built to a high standard and in a timely manner. You must have prior experience building similar projects. You will be managing the internals and faade on this project. The Ideal Site Manager must have: A proven track record managing similar size projects Longevity in roles Experience taking projects from inception to completion managing a range of packages Interpersonal skills to get along with the rest of the team/manage the sub-contractors effectively Black CSCS SMSTS We are paying between £300-£330cis per day for the right candidate.
