The scope of works includes the refurbishment of toilets and changing rooms, requiring someone with a strong background in managing interior fit-out or refurbishment projects within commercial or retail environments.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDay-to-day management of the site and subcontractors\n\nEnsure works are carried out safely, on time, and to specification\n\nCoordinate deliveries and site access through the loading bay\n\nLiaise with client representatives and centre management as required\n\nMaintain site records, including daily reports and H&S documentation\n\nEnsure quality control and compliance with plans and standards\n\nRequirements:\n\nProven experience as a Site Manager on similar refurbishment projects\n\nSMSTS or SSSTS certification (required)\n\nFirst Aid at Work ()\n\nCSCS card (required)\n\nStrong communication and organisational skills\n\nAbility to manage trades and work to a fast-paced schedule\n\nApply: Ready to bring your expertise to the team?
