Overview:\nWe are looking to recruit a motivated and dynamic Site / Project Manager.\nThe role is Oxford based.\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for the following:\n * Management of various commercial projects varying in size from £1m to £8m.\n * Supervising and overseeing our package from start to finish, ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirement are met, reviewing progress and liaising with the QS to monitor costs\n * Compiling method statements and risk assessments.\n * Attending progress meetings.\n * Coordinating and supervising LOSC and bona-fide sub-contractors.\n * Ensuring all safety legalisation & method statements are adhered to, carrying out on site risk assessments.\n * Make safety inspections and ensure construction and site safety.\n * QA\n * Preparation and checking of site reports.\nCandidate profile:\n * SMSTS and First Aid essential and ideally CSCS card too\n * You will have proven experience in the curtain walling and rainscreen cladding industry and have an in-depth technical understanding.\n * Knowledge of Schuco is essential and Aluprof systems is useful.\n * A natural communicator, with the ability to motivate others and work as part of a team.\n * Proactive and flexible approach, with good problem-solving skills.\nSalary & Benefits:\nThe work is predominantly based in the Oxford area. You must live in a commutable distance or be willing to work away from home Monday to Friday, for which relevant expenses (accommodation and meals) will be paid.\nA fully expensed company vehicle (small van) will be provided.\nSalary is competitive, based on experience but will include death in service, contributory pension scheme and 25 days annual leave (increasing with service).\nIf you have experience in curtain walling, cladding and knowledge of Schuco please apply for this great opportunity
