Premier Foods Stoke are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Services Manager
to lead our multi-disciplined engineering team and oversee all aspects of site services, including infrastructure, utilities, compliance, and maintenance activities. This pivotal role ensures the efficient, safe, and compliant operation of our Stoke site while supporting continuous improvement and business growth.

What You'll Be Doing
Lead a team of engineers and contractors to maintain and develop site infrastructure. Ensure compliance, safety, and environmental standards while meeting KPIs. Manage budgets, resources, and capital projects effectively. Integrate maintenance activities into SAP PM and maintain safety databases. Drive preventative maintenance and oversee contracted services for value and compliance. Deliver high-quality engineering services and lead technical projects. Promote food safety, legality, and quality across operations. What We Need From You Essential HNC/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Building Services. 5+ years in food/allied industry, including leadership experience. Strong team and contractor management skills. Knowledge of H&S and project management practices. Proven leadership and change management in a unionised environment.
Desirable Expertise in Legionella control, effluent treatment, LEV & refrigeration, LOLER 1998.
