Are you a experience Site Supervisor with a passion for delivering a range of refurbishment and maintenance projects in educational, healthcare and commercial sectors?
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a well established contractor who carry out a range of projects.

Salary: £45,000 per annum + Company vehicle + package
About the role:
As a Site Manager, you will oversee the entire construction process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the success of our projects whilst maintaining a safe work environment, and fostering strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and the broader project team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Lead the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring smooth and efficient project progression.
* Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure timely completion of tasks.
* Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets the required specifications
* Conduct regular inspections and resolve any issues promptly to maintain the integrity of the project.
