About Us:Based in Bromborough, Teledyne CML Composites is a fast growing manufacturer, supplying carbon/glass fibre composite parts and assemblies to some of the worlds leading aircraft and aero engine producers. The manufacturing facility houses some of the most advanced machining technology in Europe such as a multi axis NDT robotic machine, automated material cutting machine and multi-axis CNC machining centres. What you'll be involved in:A fantastic opportunity to join a thriving company who are investing in their people through direct 1-2-1 training and development As the successful applicant your role of an Assembly Fitter is to use your skills, experience and training to produce composite assemblies using various methods such as drill, counter-sink, wet assemble rivets using a variety of hand and machine tools. Working with an established team within the Assembly department, high levels of attention to detail and the ability to accurately follow processes and procedures are essential. Although we are looking for experienced assembly fitters, training will be provided to the successful applicant. Key Responsibilities : Support the manufacture of Composite Aerospace parts within the Assembly area, alongside skilled and experienced fitters that will assist with your training

Work towards completion of all jobs within the specified time scales

Develop fitter methodologies to enable greater flexibility across all Assembly area products

Ensuring cleanliness, organisation and maintenance of own work area and wider assembly area

Training & Experience Requirements: Time served Assembly Manufacturing is essential, aerospace experience is necessary

Experience using hand and automated assembly tools is required

Experience using and/or mixing resins is desirable but not a requirement
