About You Time-served or qualified Bench Joiner with proven workshop experience - NVQ3 Level preferred Bench Joiners with 5+ years' relevant workshop experience will also be considered, even without an NVQ Strong knowledge of woodworking machinery and joinery assembly techniques Ability to interpret technical drawings and cutting lists accurately High attention to detail and dedication to craftsmanship quality Reliable, motivated, and a team player Experience in bespoke or high-end joinery is advantageous What You'll Do Manufacture and assemble high-quality timber components including doors, frames, furniture, staircases, and bespoke items Work from technical drawings to produce precise joinery pieces Operate woodworking machinery, power tools, and hand tools safely and efficiently Carry out finishing tasks to meet client specifications and quality standards Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment Contribute to the overall productivity and success of the workshop team For further information on this job opportunity or other manufacturing and trades roles in Antrim and Northern Ireland, apply via the link below or contact Dan Orr in strict confidence.
