I’m currently recruiting for a Skilled Labourer to join a well-established maintenance contractor delivering responsive repairs and property improvements to residential homes.
This is a permanent role working on void and occupied properties, carrying out general labouring duties, minor roofing and groundwork tasks, and supporting the delivery of high-quality maintenance works.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with domestic repairs and maintenance works
*
Carry out minor roofing and groundwork (training provided)
*
Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
*
Maintain tools, van stock, and site cleanliness
*
Accurately report job details and materials used
*
Provide professional service when dealing with residents
Requirements
*
2–5 years’ experience within construction/labouring
*
Basic knowledge of building materials and methods (roofing/groundworks desirable)
*
Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
*
Good communication and organisational skills
*
Strong awareness of Health & Safety
*
DBS check required prior to start
