Morson are proud to be working in partnership with GKN to recruit Skilled Paint Sprayers to support their Aerospace programme at their Filton site. Skilled Paint Sprayer To operate as a multi skilled flexible worker to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency. Tasks will be undertaken and work through the issue of: Spraying, paint touch up and cleaning required use of: Power tooling Solvents and primer paints are required Duration: 12 months ongoing Standard Hours: Weekend Night Shift: 34hours per week, Friday, Saturday & Sunday (35 per week Core Days whilst training) Working Hours: Fri 8pm to 7am Saturday 7pm to 7am and Sunday 7pm to 6am Rate: PAYE £29.10 with enahanced overtime rates
Key deliverables Ensure parts are produced on ‘right first time' basis Ensure that any calibrated equipment used is within date Responsibility for the timely clearance of work phases using the SAP system Responsible for highlighting any non conformance to the process team leader Adhering to the requirements of GKNAF quality procedures
