This role will be within our Metering team, and we are the leading provider of metering services in the UK energy retail sector, offering efficient and flexible services for gas, electricity and water meters.Want to come and be a part of it?What you'll be doingAs an engineer, you will form part of our Metering team that provides a wide range of services from Smart installations, investigating non-communicating smart meters, and emergency and maintenance appointments on behalf of EON, OVO, EDF and our expanding client portfolio. You’ll enjoy working on your own, talking to customers and meeting new people. Customer service is our top priority. You’ll ensure that all jobs are completed on time and that customers receive in-depth explanations of the benefits and safe usage of their new meter. You’ll respond to emergencies, restoring power or gas when customers need it most. You’ll also receive continuous training to maintain and develop your skills. There are strong chances for progression, with 87% of our field management team promoted internally. Your onboarding will prepare you to be an ambassador for health and safety. If you ever worry about loneliness, you’ll have weekly meetings and access to field managers and support functions.
