provided where required As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality personal care and practical support to individuals within their own homes, in accordance with care plans, risk assessments, and regulatory standards. The role includes:

Deliver personal care and practical support to individuals in their own homes in line with agreed care plans and risk assessment. Assist with personal hygiene, continence care, dressing, and mobility support. Support with medication in accordance with policies, training, and competency requirement. Prepare meals and assist with nutrition and hydration needs. Promote independence, dignity, choice, and emotional wellbeing at all times. Maintain accurate and timely care records and report any changes in needs or concerns. Communicate effectively with service users, families, and healthcare professionals. Comply with safeguarding, health and safety, confidentiality, and regulatory requirements.
