Social Media Executive, with Graphic design and Video editing experience Based out of Basildon, Full time -Monday - Friday, Monday - Thursday, 9am - 5pm / Friday, 9am - 4.pm We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media & Content Manager to take ownership of our brand presence and help us scale across digital platforms. This is a key role within the business where you will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing content across multiple platforms. You will work closely with the team to bring our products to life through high-quality visuals, engaging posts, and strategic campaigns. Key Responsibilities - Social Media Executive Manage and grow our presence across: * LinkedIn * Instagram * Facebook * TikTok * Create engaging content including: * Posts, reels, and short-form video * Product-focused content and lifestyle imagery * Educational and promotional content * Plan and execute a consistent content calendar * Write compelling blog content to support SEO and drive traffic * Edit photos to a high standard * Monitor performance and optimise content based on results * Stay up to date with trends and bring fresh ideas to the business Requirements - Social Media Executive * Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business * Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok * Experience creating engaging and editing short-form video content * Graphic design experience * Basic design skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar) * Strong copywriting skills for posts and blogs * Ability to plan and manage content independently * Commercial mindset – understanding what drives engagement and sales Desirable (Not Essential) Experience in e-commerce or home/kitchen products Experience working with Meta Ads Basic understanding of SEO What We’re Looking For Creative and proactive individual Someone who takes ownership and brings ideas Strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment What We Offer £30,000 salary Opportunity to grow with a scaling business Creative freedom to shape our brand presence Work across two exciting and growing brands
