Social Media & Growth Manager We're looking for a driven, creative, and highly skilled Social Media & Growth Manager to take our personal brands to the next level. You'll be the engine behind our content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube — owning the strategy, execution, editing, and growth. What You'll Own

Full social media management across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube End-to-end content production: scripting, editing, posting, and optimisation Building and executing a growth strategy to scale our brands from 250k to millions of followers Analysing performance data and iterating on what works Managing a content calendar and staying ahead of platform trends Collaborating closely with the founders to bring their story and mission to life Potentially managing and growing a small content team over time

Who You Are

You have proven experience growing personal brands at scale (please share examples) You've worked with or alongside major creators — agencies, creator studios, or directly You're a skilled video editor with a strong aesthetic eye (short‑form and long‑form) You understand TikTok and Instagram algorithms deeply — you don't guess, you test You're organised, proactive, and don't need micromanaging You're excited by a mission that genuinely changes lives You understand the coaching, education, or career space (a bonus, not a must)

Skills & Experience

3+ years managing and growing social media accounts at scale Proven track record of growing personal brands — please show us the numbers Deep platform knowledge across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Strong understanding of SEO, hooks, retention, and algorithm‑driven growth Experience with content calendars, scheduling tools, and analytics platforms Ability to repurpose long‑form content into high‑performing short‑form clips Strong written communication — you can write a caption that stops the scroll Experience in the coaching, education, or personal development space (big bonus) Comfortable working directly with founders and managing your own workload
