About the Role

Alium Consultancy is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media, Marketing & Personal Branding Executive to elevate both our corporate brand and the personal brand of senior leadership. This role suits someone who understands positioning, storytelling, digital engagement, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media strategy across key platforms
• Build and grow senior leadership’s personal brand presence
• Create engaging content (posts, graphics, short-form video, thought leadership)
• Maintain a consistent and compelling brand voice
• Support marketing campaigns and overall brand visibility
• Monitor analytics and track performance

About You

• Experience in social media, marketing, or personal branding
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn and professional platforms
• Confident creating written and visual content
• Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of increasing followers on social media

Bonus

• Experience in podcast production, promotion, or content repurposing
