Key Responsibilities
Enhance and maintain case management system scripts, functionality, and integrations Troubleshoot and resolve scripting issues via help desk logs Design and specify system enhancements based on business needs Develop solutions using the system’s bespoke IDE and external tools where appropriate Create and maintain document precedent templates tailored to user requirements Participate in code reviews to ensure high standards of security and maintainability Proactively address technical debt and legacy issues Coordinate testing of updates with key stakeholders Manage case management system administration (e.g., users, permissions, branches) Support end users with queries, ensuring smooth and efficient use of the system Collaborate with team members and provide coverage where needed Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards (e.g., SRA, Lexcel, SARs)
What You’ll Need
Experience with legal case management systems, workflows, or low‑code platforms Strong problem‑solving skills with a structured, solution‑focused mindset Excellent written and verbal communication skills Organised and reliable, with an eye for detail Ability to simplify and explain complex technical issues Passion for delivering high‑quality service and support Able to meet strict deadlines and juggle multiple tasks Self‑motivated, proactive, and eager to grow professionally
