Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer (SC Cleared or Eligible)

Location: Hatfield (On-site)

Rate: Up to £600/day (Umbrella)

Contract Duration: ASAP - 3months

IR35 Status: Inside IR35

Security Clearance: Active SC clearance preferred, or candidates must be eligible


Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior ServiceNow Developer to join a well-established ServiceNow Centre of Excellence, delivering robust, user-centric solutions across a range of business-critical programmes. You’ll be working in a collaborative environment, surrounded by experienced consultants and architects, with access to industry-leading training and growth opportunities.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Delivering high-quality ServiceNow implementations based on defined business processes
  • Advising on technical best practices and platform capabilities
  • Engaging with stakeholders to gather and qualify requirements—even in complex or unclear scenarios
  • Supporting solution design, testing, deployment and documentation
  • Leading development across multiple ServiceNow product lines (e.g. ITSM, IRM, CSM, HRSD)
  • Supporting technical handovers, system testing, and UAT
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of platform innovations and market trends
  • Adhering to coding standards and contributing to continual improvement
  • Guiding clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication throughout


Requirements:

  • Proven track record in ServiceNow development and platform configuration
  • In-depth understanding of the Now Platform and its wider applications
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-standard consulting environments
  • SC clearance is preferred; applicants must have 5 years of UK work history and be eligible for clearance if not already held
  • Availability to work standard office hours (09:00–17:30)
