Responsibilities:

1. Be highly technical and an effective people manager
2. Lead teams on multiple projects with dependencies in high-impact areas
3. Define and influence strategy with your team and cross-functional partners
4. Become a subject matter expert in an ML domain
5. Drive roadmap creation and execution
6. Collaborate across functions to influence engineering initiatives
7. Participate in technical design
8. Measure team impact and set clear goals
9. Work with stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes
10. Partner with leadership on organizational design and prioritization

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Proven track record supporting technical teams
2. Strong problem-solving skills and coding background
3. Experience managing technical teams
4. Knowledge of team and organizational growth
5. Experience supporting machine learning teams
6. BSc/MSc in Computer Science or relevant work experience
