Were working with a growing renewables business in South Wales that is bringing experienced solar teams in-house to support a strong pipeline of domestic and commercial projects. This is a full-time employed role for an established 2-man team - not subcontracting, not ad hoc work.
Whats on offer £45,000 basic per person Performance bonuses taking earnings to £55k£65k+ Overtime available Consistent, pre-booked work (no chasing jobs) Long-term, secure setup with a business that is actively scaling
The work Solar PV installation Battery storage systems Mixture of domestic and commercial projects Additional M&E / ventilation work during quieter solar periods
What were looking for Established 2-man team (must already work together) Proven experience in solar PV + battery installs BPEC Solar PV qualification Battery / energy storage certification Strong standards - clean installs, no call-backs Professional on-site attitude
Important This role suits teams who: Are currently subcontracting and want stability Want consistent earnings without gaps between jobs Take pride in their work and dont cut corners
