Practice Focus As a Private Client Solicitor/Associate, you will work on:

Wills (including living wills), probate applications, LPAs, trusts, court of protection matters, and estate administration. You will also support tax planning, manage client expectations, attend meetings, and handle documentation and case files to a high standard. The role involves participating in marketing initiatives, networking, and the development of webinars or legal clinics, providing a varied and rewarding professional experience.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate:

Qualified solicitor or associate with experience in private client work and a proactive approach to client development. Excellent drafting, advisory, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases independently. Experience in trust creation and management, estate administration, and court of protection work is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, commercial awareness, and a commitment to professional development.
