A long standing client, a successful Top 100 UK law firm is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE to join its busy Commercial Property team in Guildford.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor looking to progress their career in a supportive team, working on high-quality, varied property transactions across Surrey and the South East.
The successful candidate will handle a broad range of commercial property matters, working closely with partners and clients.
Key responsibilities include:
Acting on freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
Drafting and negotiating commercial leases and licenses
Advising on property due diligence for acquisitions and corporate transactions
Supporting clients on landlord and tenant issues
Managing your own caseload while working collaboratively with the team
I am keen to speak with someone who:
Has 2+ years' PQE in commercial property law or similar
Demonstrates strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
Enjoys working directly with clients and building strong relationships
Is proactive, commercially minded and able to manage a varied caseload
