The Role

Sales and acquisitions within the independent schools sector Charitable mergers, collaborations, and reorganisations Drafting and negotiating transaction and ancillary documents Conducting due diligence and supporting strategic projects Liaising with Boards of Governors, Heads, Bursars, School Groups and Proprietors Contributing to seamless matter management and excellent client service Supporting a collaborative, ambitious and sector focused team culture

Candidate Requirements

0-2 years' PQE with a foundation in corporate law Strong technical ability and high quality drafting skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confidence to contribute to live transactions from day one Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational discipline A proactive, ambitious and team oriented mindset Commercial awareness and the ability to build trusted client relationships An interest in the education and/or charity sector (advantageous but not essential)
