Commercial Property (1FTE post) Licensing & Regulatory (including Planning - 1 FTE post) Litigation & Social Care (2 FTE posts) Across these three practice Teams the inhouse Team covers the full range of Local Government legal work including commercial property, employment, governance, regulatory and committee work, housing, education, general litigation, licensing, planning, economic regeneration and growth, health & social care for children s and adults services; and all including casework and policy work.
