Solicitor / Legal Executive – Personal Injury (3+ PQE) Claimant | Fully Remote | £62,000 D.O.E Solicitor or CILEx I’m working with a growing claimant Personal Injury team that is looking to recruit an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive (3+ PQE) on a fully remote basis. This is a strong opportunity for a confident PI fee earner who enjoys running their own caseload, delivering excellent client care, and contributing to a collaborative, high‑performing team. The Role You will manage an existing mixed claimant Personal Injury caseload from initial instruction through to settlement, ensuring files are progressed efficiently and to a high standard. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting initial client consultations and triaging new enquiries Advising clients on all aspects of their Personal Injury claims Managing and progressing a varied caseload end-to‑end Negotiating settlements in line with client objectives Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering high‑quality service Reviewing and managing WIP, funding arrangements and budgets Maintaining organised, compliant and up‑to‑date files Ensuring full compliance with internal procedures and operational standards Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet team objectives

The Ideal Candidate

A Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 3+ years’ PQE in claimant Personal Injury Someone confident running a mixed PI caseload independently Strong negotiation and settlement experience Good commercial awareness and understanding of WIP and targets Excellent client care and communication skills A proactive, organised and self‑motivated individual comfortable working remotely
