Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert, professional and friendly service on wills, trusts, probate, power of attorney matters, court of protection and general elderly client services.
• Maintain high standards of client care, communication and attention to detail.
• Work independently and collaboratively within the team, with flexible hours and attitude.

Qualifications & Experience

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales.
• Completed the Legal Practice Course.
• Completed a training contract and seat in Private Client.
• Experience at a Legal 500 ranked firm is desirable.
• Full‑time STEP membership advantageous but not essential.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of wills, trusts and probate processes.
