The Role

The successful residential property fee earner can look forward to managing their own conveyancing caseload from start to finish including:

• Freehold Sales and Purchases
• Leasehold Sales and Purchases
• New-build Purchases
• Transfers of Equity
• Remortgages
• First Registrations
• Lease Extensions

The Requirements

Experience as a fee earner, advanced paralegal or qualified conveyancer, who can manage own caseload with minimal supervision.
