Solicitor/Fee Earner - Conveyancing or Private Client Location: Either Conwy or Llandudno Salary: £DOE Hours: Full Time Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Fee Earner to join either their Residential Conveyancing team or their Private Client team, depending on your experience. Key Responsibilities: Handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure timely progression of cases.
