This is an exciting opportunity to join Dementia UK as a Solutions Architect, where you will play a vital role in designing and implementing technology solutions that directly support the charitys mission while effectively aligning with our strategic objectives.
As a Solutions Architect, you will bring significant value by championing innovation across the organisation. You will help identify, evaluate and introduce new and emerging technology which supports agile working and accelerates the organisations innovative efforts. By utilising data analytics to measure impact and return on investment you will advise on the applications of technologies that can deliver the most amount of value to the charity and practices that drive continuous improvement.
Your expertise will guide the development and maintenance of software, data, and infrastructure architectures. In addition, you will lead on monitoring emerging technologies, conducting impact assessments, create roadmaps, and advise on strategic direction. This position is informed by BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, and the SFIAplus IT Skills Framework specifically in areas such as Solution Architecture (ARCH), Innovation Management (INOV) and Emerging Technology Monitoring (EMRG).
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with proven experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar role.
