As the Solutions Architect, you will help discover and gather client needs, and design/guide the implementation of Supernovas SBL platform for our enterprise clients.
The candidate will work closely with internal and external project and technology teams to define and document system architecture, integration points, and integration specs. Prepare and deliver technical proposals, solution designs, and implementation plans
Identify and document data types, rules, mapping, and conversion requirements
Coordinate and design system and user acceptance testing
Identify and escalate deficiencies in technical work and implementation plans
Provide accurate and timely project communication, status and schedule updates to internal and external stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering or relevant field of study
~1+ years Solution Design and/or Technical Project Management experience
~ At least 3 years of experience gathering/analyzing data and sub-systems for writing system requirements, performing system configuration, and creating system design diagrams
~ Proven ability to manage multiple high-profile projects in a fast-paced environment
~ Prior experience in SaaS implementation and technical writing skills is preferred
