Contract Opportunity: Omnichannel Retail Consultant

We're working with a leading retailer going through a major digital transformation and we're looking for a seasoned contractor with deep omnichannel experience to join their team.

This isnt just another ecommerce gig. They're looking for someone who understands end-to-end retail journeys from online to in-store to app and can help stitch together a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.

What they need:

• Strong background delivering omnichannel solutions in a retail environment (think POS, ecommerce, CRM, loyalty, apps)
• Proven ability to map customer journeys and influence technical roadmaps
• Comfortable engaging with both business and tech teams you're as confident in front of stakeholders as you are in a backlog grooming session
• Experience working on large-scale transformation programmes in contractor roles

The role:

• Contract initial 6 months (likely to extend)
• Hybrid with 12 days per week on site (South East-based)

This is ideal for a contractor whos delivered omnichannel strategies for retailers and wants to bring that experience to a fast-moving, customer-first programme.
