We are currently recruiting for a Solutions Architect to join our established and experienced CIO team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.
As a Solutions Architect, you will lead and support solution design activities and guide the implementation of a portfolio of solutions. Solutions include projects, products, systems (including applications, technologies, processes and information), shared infrastructure services and shared application services. The solutions architect drivers the necessary leadership, analysis and design tasks to support the development of technology solutions and ensures that solutions meet business needs and align with architectural governance and standards. You will have experience in at least two IT solution development disciplines, including application development, middleware, database management or cloud development and an advanced knowledge of Microservice and Service Oriented Architecture design patterns. The role will also require deploying DevOps and DevSecOps best practice including CI/CD automation tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, SaltStack, Terraform and Ansible. The Key Accountabilities for the role will include being able to Translate Business Strategy into Solutions Architecture, leading Solutions Design and Analysis, Orchestrating Solutions Delivery and Facilitates and Collaborating to Deliver Business Outcomes. You will be Trusted and respected as a thought leader who can influence and persuade business and IT leaders and being comfortable, experienced and accomplished at working with business executives, and able to push back in a professional and diplomatic way.
