Our team works alongside commercial teams throughout the pre-sales, solution design, and API integration stages, serving as the single technical point of contact and trusted advisor for our clients. As a Solutions Architect within the Solutions Engineering team, you will be working closely with our commercial leaders, GMs, CTO, and product leaders to establish a win-strategy for our most strategic enterprise clients from a technical perspectives. This role is primarily focused on pre-sales discoveries and solutioning, with a strong emphasis on supporting GTM enablement efforts. Your critical thinking capability, expertise in payments, and executive engagement skills will be critical in helping our customers realise the full benefits of our technologies and leading us to successful implementation and go-lives. Develop white paper / competitor studies / support how to win strategy development with the enterprise commercial, strategy, and marketing teams
Oversee end-to-end implementation delivery for the strategic accounts with support from solutions engineers
Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline, with strong academic achievements
At least 10 years of experience working in a similar customer-facing engineering role such as solution consultant, solutions architect, sales engineer, for a global software enterprise or payments company
Knowledge of the payments domain / financial services will be advantageous
Strategic and creative thinker who can proactively identify challenges and maintain a positive approach when facing difficult obstacles.
