Solutions Architect – Network Convergence & AV (Contract) Location: Hybrid (Global Team)

Rate: Competitive, Inside/Outside IR35 negotiable Duration: 6+ months Are you a forward-thinking Solutions Architect with deep knowledge of Infrastructure domains and a passion for tackling the complex challenges of Network Convergence in Real-Time Communications and AV? We’re looking for someone who can blend blue-sky thinking with boots-on-the-ground delivery, helping drive convergence across a globally distributed environment — while also rolling up their sleeves to support day-to-day operations. What You’ll Be Doing:

Architect and deliver a fully converged network model for Audio Visual (AV) components across a global infrastructure. Lead technical strategy and innovation across Identity, Azure, Networking, and Real-Time Comms. Own and run technical activities for Global AV installations — acting as the key engineering lead when needed. Act as the bridge between vision and execution, shaping the future of AV and RTC infrastructure while managing BAU/run activities.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven Solutions Architecture experience in large-scale enterprise environments. Hands-on expertise across core infrastructure domains:

Azure / Microsoft 365 Networking (WAN/LAN, SDN) Identity (AD, AAD, SSO)

Experience in AV or Real-Time Communications (RTC) environments — ideally with global network design considerations. Comfortable leading both strategic and operational work — or at least knowing which side of the fence you want to sit on.

️ Bonus Points:

Background working with or for AV Integrators (e.g. AVI-SPL, Kinly, EOS IT) – we know this is a rare breed. Familiarity with AV over IP, networked media, or unified communications infrastructure. Strong stakeholder management across global teams.
